The DUAL App
Follow the instructions below to download the DUAL App
Download the App
Head over to your App Store on Apple or the Play Store on Android and download the MemberMe+ App.
2. Search for DUAL
Search for DUAL in the top bar and you will find us - click on us below the map.
3. Click on the “Card” tile
4. Add your ID
Enter your unique membership number in the top box. This will be on the back of your existing DUAL membership card. Hit “Add Membership Card”.
If you don’t have a card ask a member of the front of house team next time you’re in and we will be able to find it for you.
5. Your App is now ready to use.
You can make your membership card your opening screen on the App by following these simple steps.
Tap the menu button in the top left
Tap “Settings” at the bottom of the menu
Tap “MemberCard”
Your membership card will now be the first thing you see when opening the app from your home screen.
