What To Do If You Want a Really Bad Sleep

First things first we want you to know we're not promoting these things. The real trick to getting a better nights sleep is not focusing on the next tricks to try. Instead, it’s looking at the habits you’re already doing and recognising which are negatively impacting your sleeping pattern. So if you want to learn what bad habits may be affecting your night’s sleep we’ve made a list for you.


1. Stay glued to your phone all evening

2. Drink a caffeinated drink in the evening

3. Start a conversation in your mind about all the things going on in your life and find ways to overthink them

4. Pick a fight with your partner

5. Stay rested all day maybe even have a 3-hour siesta

6. Watch Netflix till late

7. Take pre-workout really late at night before an intense sweat dripping, heart racing workout

8. Eating sugary snacks before bed

9. Sharing your bed with your pets

10. Don’t keep a nice room temperature to sleep in, make sure its either exceptionally cold or uncomfortably hot
