Santa’s Sweaty H.I.I.T Session

We’ve got a great intense fully body H.I.I.T for those looking to get their final sweat session in before Christmas Day! Created by Built by Batch you can definitely expect to get the heart racing and burn some calories. This session consists of only 2 splits so make sure you bust a gut and leave no fuel in the tank!

Split 1 is 30 seconds on 10 seconds rest X5 (1-minute rest in between rounds)

Split 2 is 40 seconds on 15 seconds rest X5 (1 minute rest in between rounds)
