Fish Finger Tacos

Follow this easy method:

1. Following pack instructions cook the fish fingers

2. Whilst they are cooking, Season and combine together with your onions, tomatoes, garlic, 1/2 lemon juice and oil in a bowl (optional add jalapeños if you want)

3. Then in another bowl, mix together your mayonnaise, gherkins, capers, parsley and remaining lemon juice to create the tartare sauce

4. Once fish fingers are cooked, place them in a taco shell along with some lettuce leaves, homemade tomato salsa and tartare sauce
