Hello! I’m Venetia. Having been a gym-user for many years I decided to follow my passion and become a Personal Trainer.
Resistance training, core work and cardio exercise has been instrumental in supporting my recovery from a heart condition and in controlling lower back pain, and this direct experience gives me unique insight into how to help others. I am also a mother, so I understand the changes that occur in a woman’s body pre and postnatally, and the need to adapt exercise techniques accordingly.
My motto is “Strong body, Strong mind” and it’s something I strive to help all my clients to achieve.
I specialise in Resistance Training and Core Training on a 1-1 or 1-2 basis, with programs, coaching and advice specifically tailored to what you want to achieve.
