Tim King

Personal Trainer

Tim has been a Personal Trainer for over 8 years. During this time he has worked in a variety of gyms, hotels and private health clubs around the country including the Hilton Hotel Group. He has developed his skills over these years and has helped a vast range of clients achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals.
Tim specialises in functional fitness training with qualifications in Battle Ropes, TRX suspension training and currently working toward his master Kettlebell qualification. Coming from a martial arts background he also uses boxing, Thai Kwon Do and kickboxing drills to enhance any session.

Tim has also been an operational London Firefighter since 2006 and this gives him the knowledge and experience to train clients who may be training toward any of the Emergency Services fitness assessments. He has helped clients join the London Fire Brigade, London Ambulance Service, South East Coast Ambulance and the Western Australian Police Force.

“I believe in taking a very functional approach to Personal Training where the emphasis is based on getting the body moving correctly and with a variety of equipment. I also employ a strength and conditioning mindset to every session where we will work toward making your body stronger and less prone to injury”
