Matt has been working as a personal trainer for over 7 years. His extensive knowledge of training and rehabilitation has helped a varied client base, ranging from TV presenters and authors to competitive athletes. His services have helped clients lose weight, tone up and improve fitness levels.
As well as a personal trainer, he is also a sports therapist working with clients to improve performance, alleviate injuries and prevent future ones.
