I sweat for fun and eat food that I love. I firmly believe that life is meant to be enjoyed, and looking after and improving your health shouldn’t detract from that. I’m passionate about helping people feel good, get strong and level up their life, in and out of the gym. My main interests are strength training and nutrition, and I’m always keen to expand my knowledge and skills. I aim to make training a fun and rewarding experience because getting fitter and healthier isn’t always a smooth ride.
