I am a newly qualified personal trainer with a passionate and holistic approach to health. I strongly believe that health and fitness encompasses more than training alone. For me, it is about our whole lifestyle from our nutrition and our mind-set to the amount of sleep we manage to fit in. Each play a huge role in our progress and ability to substance our idea of health, which I believe is different for us all. I have a keen interest in weight- loss, strength training, and behavioural change. I use these skills an my interests to mix up training sessions to ensure you feel supported and motivated throughout. My approach means that my clients are at the heart of their training. We work together to develop your individual training plan. We focus on your goals, why you have them and how we are going to get you there. In today’s busy world it is easy to feel lonely and that it is impossible to put yourself first. However, I believe we should all be given opportunities to develop ourselves and a little help can go a long way! If you’re in a rut, totally new to the gym or just want to try a new style of training get in touch I’d be happy to help.
